Centerra Industrial VI | 4525 Viking Way: the latest 120,000 square foot sixth campus building is currently under construction. This building will include similar features to the fifth building, 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations.
Layout by Others:
An interior frame for the skylights has been built into the ceiling/roof of the building. The location of these frames has been transferred to the roof deck. Using these locations, our project will begin with cutting out the skylight opening.

It’s a big roof!
The project:
The project begins with receiving the pallets of materials—skylights and prefabricated curbs—and lifting same to the roof. Next comes cutting out the skylight openings. These two steps are the most labor and time consuming steps in the whole project.
