Smith Entertainment Group (SEG), led by Ryan and Ashley Smith, owns The Shops at South Town (formerly South Town Mall) in Sandy, Utah. The investment group—which also owns the Utah Jazz and the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Utah Mammoth (formerly Utah Hockey Club)—purchased the entire 111-acre property to transform it into a premier sports, entertainment, and retail mixed-use destination.

An extensive construction program has been underway and includes the newly opened Utah Mammoth practice and training facility. The campus will house the organization’s business offices and the home to the Utah Jazz Training and Practice Facility.

Our contribution is to install six Velux CSOS Smoke Vent Skylights. over the business offices.

This is a process our crews have handled dozens of times. We show up on site with the product, materials, and tools needed to install the skylights, then get everything lifted to the roof.

Mark locations and cut through the roofing materials, including the corrugated steel. Install and flash the curb. Install the smoke vent skylights and leave the roof spotless.
