With 70 each for the curbs and skylights, that comes out to 28 pallets. That takes a couple of semis. Once unloaded and stored onsite, it takes 28 trips with a forklift to get the materials on the roof.

Inside the building a zone is “fenced” off to protect workers from falling pieces of the roof deck. A cut off saw is used to cut out the 4-foot by 8-foot hole in the roof deck.

A pre-manufacture 12″ aluminum curb is set over the opening, squared up and attached to the roof deck. Then, of course, the LuxGuard domes are attached to the curb, And rinse and repeat 69 more times.
