Complete window replacement | Mountain Plaza Condominiums.
The Mountain Plaza business center is a six-story, multi-unit building located in the heart of Colorado’s Copper Mountain Ski Resort’s Center Village, at the base of the American Eagle lift.. As part of the effort to keep the building in premium condition for its tenants, Skylight Specialists was called to replace all 261 windows on the building and seven 6′ x 8′ doors.
After carefully considering different products from our vast network of manufacturer’s, we elected to utilize Seal Craft architectural windows for this project to ensure long term efficiency and peace of mind. These aluminum framed, LowE tempered glass windows are backed by a 10 year product warranty in addition to Skylight Specialists workmanship coverage.
We will replace all windows from the first through the sixth floor using windows manufactured by Seal Craft.
A special thanks goes out to the wonderful Mountain Plaza staff and the Summit County Building Department who worked with us seamlessly to pull the necessary permits.
After years of consistent cold air and ice damming, the existing windows that didn’t fall apart proved to be too inefficient and high maintenance to keep. Those problems now belong to the past.
I am happy with the overall product/project and my view is gorgeous now.
