The fiberglass paneled skylights had been leaking for years—we first inspected them in March of 2017—and over time had yellowed significantly. Our proposal was to replace the panels with Kingspan Light + Air FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) panels and repair the leaks as they were exposed

Replace panels on all six skylights with Kingspan L+A like for like GridSpan™ FRP panels.

    • (1) – Width: 12′-10″ Length: 18′-4″ Slope: 18.43º

GridSpan™ (formerly Guardian 275® ) skylights and roof assemblies bring soft natural light into a space while reducing the impact of solar heat gain and glare. Fiberglass face sheets and an aluminum grid core create a strong yet lightweight system.
