Unit Skylights to be Installed on Pump Station
This project involves the conversion of the Tucson/Rodgers gravel pit to a water storage reservoir. Final design features at the reservoir will include skylights on a 100 cfs (65 MGD) capacity pump station and wet well.
These unit skylights are the primary light source for the pump station and are designed to be removable to provide access to the pumps.
We will supply and install 3 over-sized 4×8 American Skylites skylights on site built curbs.
This is not an unusual process in giving access to equipment through the easily removable skylight. We have installed large skylights over centrifuges that also needed to be easily removed. It required a skylight that could be removed and replaced many times.
