Cracked acrylic skylights will be replaced with Velux FCM skylights.
The kitchen skylight was reported to be leaking. Upon inspection, it appears the 4ftx4ft pyramid skylight is cracking. The cracks do not appear to be the source of the leak. We don’t mind resealing the skylight, but wanted some guidance on whether or not this skylight should be replaced. If it does, we would like an estimate on cost.

The Problems:
We found problems/cracks with all four skylights. Our proposal to retrofit the skylights with four VELUX FCM skylights was accepted.
Skylight replacement is complete.
