56 acrylic pyramid dome skylights 6.5’ x 6.5’ each set in clusters over the hotel atrium for a total of 2366 SF.

Evaluation and Recommendations:

WET SEAL ENTIRE SYSTEM: Labor and materials to scrape, clean and wet seal all 56 acrylic dome skylights 6.5’ x 6.5’ each. (2366 SF) with new high grade silicone sealant. Scope includes proper cleaning of lens edges to insure proper silicone adhesion. Pull test on new silicone applied (performed by Skylight Specialists per manufacture specs with Hilton representative).

REPLACE FIVE DOME SETS: – Like for like 6.5’ x 6.5 pyramid bronze over clear acrylic.

SAND AND PAINT: Labor and materials to remove up to and paint areas of wood curbs on interior where stains and discoloration are showing.

INTERIOR RAFTER CLEANING: Labor and materials to safely and carefully work to clean the built up dirt and dust on the framing system underneath the ceiling using plastic tarping under the work area to assist with any light debris and dirt falling. The tarp does not act as a safety net for any debris or persons.
