Available for work in Colorado and Coast to Coast — It all starts with a simple phone call.

At some point in the past the ridge skylight was covered with corrugated metal panels. Genesee Properties contacted us to restore the skylight and bring daylight to the retail space below,

Natural light can make products look better, especially when it comes to color. This is important for selling products like paint, furniture, and home goods. A study by the Heschong Mahone Group found that stores with natural light saw an average 40% increase in sales.

Removing and disposing of the added corrugated metal is a large part of the project. Sections are removed and new polycarbonate panels are cut and installed and the process continues.

At the end of the day, the skylight is covered overnight and process resumes the next day With the panels installed, aluminum flashing is manufactured and installed to complete the weatherproofing of the skylight.

The new daylighting makes a dramatic difference.
