Built in the 1920s as military family housing, Building 427 at Fort Leavenworth is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building has been selected for adaptive re-use as office space.

The hundred year old glass in the skylights is showing its age and we will replace it with modern low E3 glass for improved energy efficiency and clarity.
